I'm Dr. Shivaune Wright, ND

I help women in midlife restore balance, rebuild strength, and regain confidence in their bodies through evidence-based, hormone-informed care.


Because when you have the right support — and a clear strategy — midlife becomes a season of growth, not decline.


When I began studying Naturopathic Medicine, I had just discovered I was pregnant with a child whose father I had met while travelling in Southeast Asia. Not exactly #careergoals.


We had two more beautiful children together and after 16 wild and crazy years, we parted ways. This definitely wasn’t part of my life plan. Through years of education, practice, parenthood, and divorce-land, I’ve come to discover that hardly anything goes to plan...


What keeps me grounded amidst the chaos is my commitment to naturopathic medicine and its principles. I know that these principles and practices can help you because they’ve helped me and countless others. 


I get where you’re coming from because I’ve been there. I know there’s something beyond just feeling “fine.” Let’s get there together.
